Our time in Cape Maclear we spent catching up with Nathan and Liz but also visiting the local attractions, village life and other cultural attractions around the lake. One of the highlight of our time on Lake Malawi was a couple of night on a deserted tropical island Mombo Island, a two hour boat ride from Cape Maclear. Oh and some unexpected freshwater SCUBA for me.
